Individual therapy is a space to slow down and gently make sense of what feels heavy. Whether you are navigating anxiety, identity shifts, relationship strain, motherhood, grief, or seasons of change, our work together is rooted in grace and guided toward wholeness.
My approach integrates evidence based modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy to challenge unhelpful thought patterns, narrative therapy to explore and reshape your story, and parts work informed by Internal Family Systems to understand the different layers within you. We also attend to the nervous system, recognizing how stress and trauma live in the body and influence daily experience.

Child therapy creates a safe and nurturing space for your child to express big feelings, gently untangle challenges, and build skills to navigate daily life with greater confidence. Whether your child is experiencing anxiety, behavioral struggles, emotional outbursts, family transitions, or difficulty at school, our work is rooted in grace and guided toward wholeness. Through developmentally appropriate play, creative expression, and evidence based techniques, I help children strengthen emotional regulation, increase self awareness, and feel more secure within themselves and their relationships.
