Restore. Rebuild. Renew.
Areas of Focus
Every person carries a story. Sometimes that story feels tangled, overwhelming, or quietly heavy. My work is centered on helping children, teens, women, and families untangle patterns, build emotional strength, and move toward healthier, more connected lives.
❋ Childhood Trauma and Early Attachment Wounds
Early experiences shape the nervous system, belief patterns, and relational expectations in powerful ways. Even when life looks stable on the outside, unresolved trauma can show up as anxiety, people pleasing, perfectionism, emotional reactivity, or difficulty trusting others.
Using trauma informed approaches, parts work, and cognitive behavioral therapy, I help clients gently explore their story, develop emotional regulation skills, and build a more secure sense of self. Healing is not about reliving every detail. It is about understanding how the past shaped you and choosing what moves forward.
❋ Women’s Identity, Motherhood, and Life Transitions
Motherhood, marriage, career shifts, grief, and major life changes can create identity disorientation. Many women carry invisible pressure to hold everything together while quietly feeling disconnected from themselves.
In therapy, we explore roles, expectations, boundaries, and emotional needs. We strengthen coping skills, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and create space for clarity. My goal is to help women feel grounded, confident, and aligned rather than overwhelmed and depleted.
❋ Child and Adolescent Emotional Development
Children and teens often communicate distress through behavior, withdrawal, irritability, or anxiety. They may struggle with peer conflict, school stress, emotional regulation, or family transitions.
I provide developmentally appropriate therapy that helps young clients build emotional vocabulary, regulation skills, and confidence. I partner closely with parents to create structure, consistency, and tools that extend beyond the therapy room. My approach is both nurturing and practical.
❋ Family Conflict and Relationship Repair
Every family experiences tension. Conflict becomes harmful when communication breaks down, patterns repeat, and emotions escalate without resolution.
I work with families and couples to identify recurring cycles, improve communication, and strengthen connection. We focus on emotional awareness, boundary setting, and practical strategies that promote respect and stability within the home.

What You Can Expect From Sessions
Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable. My goal is to create a space that feels steady, collaborative, and clear from the very first session.
The Intake Process
Our first one to two sessions are focused on understanding you.
This is not an interrogation. It is a conversation.
During intake, we will:
• Explore your current symptoms and what prompted you to seek support
• Identify patterns in relationships, emotions, or behaviors
• Discuss what has helped in the past and what has not
• Review relevant history, including family, trauma, medical, or life transitions
• Clarify your goals and what “better” would look like for you
I approach intake with curiosity and structure. I want to understand both the problem and the person. You are more than your symptoms.
How Treatment Works
After intake, sessions become more focused and intentional. Therapy with me is active and reflective. We explore patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools that you can use outside of session.
You can expect:
• Thoughtful questions that help you see patterns more clearly
• Gentle challenge when needed
• Emotional processing in a contained and supported way
• Concrete coping tools and nervous system regulation skills
• Ongoing collaboration about what is working and what needs adjusting
I believe therapy should feel both safe and productive. We will move at a pace that respects your nervous system while still supporting meaningful growth.
